The Illusion of an Encounter
On a lawn near Voorlinden Museum, I encountered the sculptures of Antony Gormley. Partly due to my years of meditation and yoga,I sensed an immense power and awareness in the presence of this work. I felt compelled to connect with his sculptures and responded by immersing myself in the aura of his work—a process of making physical and visual contact. Ultimately, it became a series of 24 drawings and a tribute to Antony Gormley.
